Breath Work, Movement, and Nutrition Services

Since I launched Itzy Bitz of Health there has been so much growth. As a private chef I love feeding people, and as a nutrition coach I love talking about how you can feed yourself. I have learned so much about communication, and the sharing of nutritional information. I have also learned that people aren’t ready to change, until they are ready to change. One client really shed light on their progress when they mentioned they couldn’t feel how the food was affecting them. This took me down a long path of discovery to understand the word “embodiment". If we are not rooted in our bodies, we can’t feel the affect life has on our bodies. When we disassociate from our bodies, the result is a disconnection to the food we eat, the feelings we have, as well as the incessant mind chatter that can be mean, judgmental, jealous, and often guiding us in a direction we innately don’t want to go.
Insert Breathing! I have never become so connected to the inner workings of my mind, body and spirit until I began breathing. We breathe all the time, we have to breath to live, but do you pay attention to how you breath during stress, when you are calm, during exercise, or even at work? Do you pay attention to your breath when you are horking down a meal without even tasting what is on your plate? Within the tradition of yoga, there is yoga as movement to release the excess energy with in the body, then breathe to center the mind and regulate the nervous system. When we begin to practice this way, we begin to connect to what “WE" need for “OUR" health, not what someone else is doing. Insert my new offering for 2025!!!
Open Air Breath and Movement Classes
June 16th - August 19th, 2025
Monday mornings at 7am-8am, and Tuesday evenings 7pm-8pm, at the Bonnie Fischer Park just behind the 3rd St Center in Carbondale. A ten week summer series. Pick the mornings, or the evenings, or both!
We will focus each week on an area of the body for reference, intentionally move that area with gentle and sometime invigorating yoga. Then with breath learn how to upregulate and/or down regulate our nervous systems in response to the day! Educational information around the benefits of breath work will be shared!

Online Breath and Movement Class
Finally! I am offering online breathing. To start with a commitment I can see through for ten weeks, I am offering June 17th through August 19th, 2025, Tuesday mornings at 7am-8am MST. We will Zoom together for one hour of movement and breath. We will follow the same formate as the Open Air Summer Series*, and if you can't make it live it will be delivered to you sometime Tuesday, so that you may take the class when it works for you. You can also take it over and over all week. Each Tuesday getting updated with a new hour long class! All classes will live in an Itzy Bitz Course login, you will have access to forever!

Private Sessions
If a group vibe isn’t your jam, or you do not live in my general area of Carbondale, CO, but are wanting to work with me then let’s go online in a private setting. We will meet in a Zoom room.
What does private work look like online? First we will identify what it is you are wanting to work on. I focus on mind, body and soul revitalization. Generally unleveling your health and wellness practices if you are feeling low, out of wack and in need of a “Bopp” in your habits. I am aware of needs around injury and illness recovery ie chronic pain. Really it is important to meet with me and talk about your needs and see if I am a fit into your health and wellness plan. I also have available an online 6-month anti-inflammatory program that leads you through gut health, stress and inflammation, fermentation, loaded with tons of recipes and ways to help you transform your nutrition.
